Warranty Information

SUPERONE Technologies warrants all products against defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase. SUPERONE chargers and SUPERONE magsafe phone grips are covered by a warranty of EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred as a result of wear and tear caused by normal use over time, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications or alterations to the product or negligence in care or use of the product. The stated warranties extend only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for warranty claim, without exception.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • The product must show no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price only. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Initial Contact: Customers must first contact us via email (visit our [Contact Us] page for the address) before proceeding with a warranty claim or a return under the 30-day policy.
  • Return for Inspection: If the replacement or return request is approved, we will provide a return address. The customer is then required to return the product for inspection and evaluation, including their order number or account name with the shipment.

Shipping Costs Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product and, if applicable, the shipping costs for the replacement product.
  • For customers within the United States who did not prepay return shipping, a fixed shipping fee will be charged (payable via credit card, check, and/or PayPal).
  • Customers outside the United States should first attempt to process their product warranty claim through their original point of purchase (whether a retail store or the website).

Important Notes:

  • While SUPERONE Technologies’ product warranty and 30-day return policy are honored directly by us, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  • SUPERONE Technologies shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
